Need to return something or wish to exchange it? We’re happy to help! Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- You can return or exchange an item within 30 days UNLESS it is personalized with a player’s name/number or if stated otherwise. Email email@example.com or call 616.957.1050 to see if your order is eligible.
- All items must still have tags and be in original packaging.
- Once we receive the item and determine there is no damage or personalization, your refund or replacement will be sent. (NOTE: This process can be expedited if a clear photo of the item is provided ahead of time)
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back.
