Club Orders in the Off-Season

As we are waiting for the next season to roll back around, the majority of orders will be processed on a first-ordered-first-received basis. The estimated processing time for orders is around 1-3 weeks, which is dependent on any backorder status. Please be sure to check your organization’s catalog for more specific information on processing time, refunds and returns.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. When delivered, orders that contain a backorder will include a packing slip which will list which specific items are backordered. Should there be an issue with any item in your order, we will contact you immediately and work with you to find a suitable solution. 

Backordered items, while not ideal, all have different estimated times of arrival. If you want an update on when you will receive your backordered items, please reach out to and we can provide a more definite answer.

Our goal is to have your player outfitted and ready for game time. So, it is important to know that orders cannot be expedited, so be sure to order with that 1-3 week timeframe in mind.
